Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Normally orders are shipped within 24 Hours (1 business day) via UPS Ground Service
Q: Can you ship to a Post Office Box?
A: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, if this is the only shipping address you have please contact us to make other shipping arrangements.
Q: What if I need merchandise the next day?
A: If you send or call us with your order before Noon E.S.T., we can normally arrange to have your order shipped via overnight delivery for an additional cost.
Q: Do you ship partial orders?
A: If for any reason an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you before we ship the remainder of your order.
Q: Why doesn’t Amarr show on my credit card statement?
A: We are the fulfillment center for Amarr. All shipping and billing is handled through us, therefore your statement will reflect this and show Source4 and not Amarr.
Q: Will new merchandise be added?
A: We are currently working on a catalog that will offer new Amarr merchandise.
